I am forced to trade my commissions for something of what I consider to be equal value. Since I am not exchanging money, I should be allowed…

Re: this bullshit and a sense of entitlement:

I believe Andrew Hussie has every right to go after people who are violating his copyright.  In fact, I wish he would do it more often.  A lot of people profit off Homestuck, which hurts Hussie in the end because it helps pay the bills.  Every bit of merchandise sold that he isn’t getting money from is money he’s lost.  It gets even worse though…there are tons of people who like to draw and sell Homestuck porn.  These characters are all thirteen years old, so people are basically drawing child porn here.  It would make me giddy if Andrew would make them cut it out not only for his sake, but for the sake of preventing people from being sick fucks.
